I don't quite attend Temple Muse events - fashion sale, art exhibition and lots like that, but one I couldn't afford to miss was Bruce Onobrakpeya's first solo exhibition in 7years... I mean, who would? Oh well..

It's no joke the man is genius and another to see his great works was unavoidable. So, on Saturday 30th November (after battling so hard with what to wear) I set out - with excitement - to go meet the man of greatness - in art that is.

The poet-painter, Victor Ehikhamenor’s new body of work titled, Amusing the Muse, opens at Temple Muse, Victoria Island, Lagos on Sunday, April 27. The show will last for six weeks.

Copa Lagos Beach Soccer 2011 as promised filled the past weekend with so much fun; the weekend was filled maximum with entertainment, ranging from fashion shows, to cheerleading stings to DJ Jump offs and musical performances by Wiz Kid, Sound Sultan, Davido, Naeto C, Ikechukwu, Skales, Mschief, Karma, Eva, Jberg and BlackMagic.

Set on the oceanfront beach located adjacent to the new COPA Lagos stadium, celebrities & dignatries from FIFA and the world of Sports, music and entertainment were the VIP guests of Temple Muse at the TEMPLE MUSE @THE BEACH event – everyone was treated to the beats of International Track’s on the sound systems, Belvedere’s Uber Cool Vodka Bar and a unique showcase of swimwear, Resort wear and accessories from Eki Orleans, Tebazile, Grey & Sunny Rose at sunset…. The perfect end to a perfect tournament! The feel was chic, sexy and cool as guests were enclosed into an area that felt like a Beach Club – think Miami, Rio or even St Tropez all in one.
