WOLE Adamolekun, a prolific bass player whose music can best be described as a fusion of African and Latin rhythms combined with melody and chorus lines that stick to your heart, shall jazz up the The Life House TONIGHT Sunday 10TH JUNE!
The highly sought after producer, composer and arranger was awarded admission and part scholarship to Berklee College of Music, Boston. While rounding up medical school in 1999, he continued to develop himself through books, proficiency exams and instruction from the likes of Abel Laborel, Marcus Miller, Niel Stubanhaus, Stanley Clarke, to mention a few. His music has earned him endorsement from Warwick GmbH & Co Music Equipment, KG, Germany, Rock Bags cases, Framus Guitars (Germany).
He has played as back-up bassist for numerous jazz luminaries both local and international and has produced albums for dozens of artist.
His solo album, "Pleasant Surprise", was released in 2010 and he is presently working on a double album due for release in December 2012.
Wole will perform with his band, Pataki!
